About Me

Thursday Club: The club was formed in 1967 when a group of people from the International Voluntary Service found that there was a need for a social club for adults with learning difficulties. The initial membership was small but as word got round it began to grow and a larger venue was needed. The Unitarian Church in Ullet Road kindly offered the use of their hall and we have been there ever since.
