What a Brilliant Night

Last night saw our annual trip to the Everyman Theatre to see the musical pantomime Sleeping Beauty and once again the cast and all involved at the Everyman excelled.
The evening started off well when two members of the cast, Francis Tucker and David McGranaghan, stopped to chat to the members. Francis also came out after the show to say goodbye.
The excitement began to build from 6.30 as members started to arrive and commenced buying programmes and fairy wands. Scotty in particular was on a high. At 7.15 we started to make our way to our seats with the excitement now at fever pitch.
The show was superb with brilliant music and dance routines, besides the comedy, (lots of cheering and booing) and the two hours flew by. The only downside is that we now have 52 weeks of "When are we going to the Everyman again?"
